There is more information about where to stay/eat than there is information about the park itself. Guidewriters, please note that the people who pay for these books are not interested in commercial or hospitality options. We can search for those online, where the information will be up-to-date. What we are paying for is INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARK ITSELF--trails, historic details, points of interest. It's a shame--this book had page after page about hotel options and irrelevant information, and not a SINGLE trail map. Not even one. And no trail table, as other Moon Guides have, showing the number of trails in each map area, difficulty, length, and so on. It's a shame I had to return the book, as it's obvious the writer seems to love the area, but it is completely useless for the park visitor. Good guide. I haven't taken the trip yet but it looks like it will be helpful.
